2011!!!!... only one more year 'til we all die...Just Kidding!

Keeping with the spirit of the movie: "2012"... I thought it would be interesting to compile a list of stuff to do before the end of Life as we know it... So basically, what happens "2012" is some sort of strange apocalypse. (That's if I can remember correctly... since we went to go see it at the Drive-in and there was just waayyy too much noise pollution in the surrounding area and someone in the car next to us wanted to try out their new sound system, plus, with the increase in global warming and smog these days...it was kinda hard to see what was going on, on the giant screen infront of us). So John Cusack has to try get his remaining family onto a big spaceship or something, because there's not enough room for everyone on earth to come along for the ride...So it was a race against time to book some seats on the mothership before Earth was completely INCINERATED!
The Mayan stone thingy which is said to "reveal the truth" about all the crazy stuff that's meant to go down. I think it would make a really nice necklace though, don't you?
So, with that lil bit of background knowledge, here's the task... What would YOU do if you were Sure that you would only have ONE YEAR left on Mother Earth? Well, since not that many people have commented on my previous posts...that question would turn out to be rhetorical...So because of that...I'll tell You what I would be most likely found doing in this up coming year. And let me tell you... it does NOT involve any of the following arrangement of letters: S.C.H.O.O.L  !!

First on my list would be to go and pitch a tent in our local shopping mall and camp there for the evening. I think it would be most convenient to do it on the roof, for ventilation reasons...and it makes the travel for security guards That much longer. And, in that way...I would be able to get a perfect view of the stars (and satellites) (hoping that the Smog we talked about earlier wont be interfering!). And whilst there, I might find myself a tad hungry... so why not hop on over to the Ventures For Africa store (before it closes) sneak in, grab some braaing equipment, then, make my way to Kuai and grab an Organic chicken breast (with all the low fat trimmings) and slap that sucker on the BBQ! All we need now is to wash it down with a Double thick choc-straw-bubble-vanillagum milkshake and we got ourselves a party! Oh ya, when organising a shindig of this calibre, I'd find it to work best if your tent in made of roof-materialised camouflage and you send out invitations to your friends very timeously, for RSVP purposes.

Next on my To-do List of 2011...only-one-more-year-til-we're-all-mince-meat-unless-you-get-a-seat-on-the-spaceship-which-is-more-difficlut-to-get-tickets-for-than-the-U2-360-degree-tour is........You'll have to find out next time!... I like to keep my followers sitting on the edge of their Rolly-chair (or bed, or dining table chair, or couch, lazyboy, toilet, windowsill, staircase step, or unless you sit on the floor, you're pretty much sorted) So for those reasons...TUNE IN NEXT TIME to see what'll be the second activity to grace my scarily ingenuitive mind with its oh-so-attractive (and daring) qualities!

I Have Another Quote!! A quote to inspire, and quote to educate!, quote to make you Perspire and let your Weight Fluctuate! (so you might not want to read it then!) but here goes...! (It's on the subject of Creativity; one of man's most valuable assets!!) ...

"To Live a creative life, we must lose our fear of being wrong." - Joseph Chilton Pearce.

And another one which I L.o.v.e.d....: "The most potent muse of all, is our inner child." - Stephen Nachmanovitch
